Missing cats break woman’s heart

I have lived in Chickasha all my life and tried to be a good law-abiding, taxpaying citizen. I have made my home on Cranton Drive almost 38 years and loved living in this location all these years, until now!!!
Being an animal lover, I have taken in many strays, fed, watered, neutered, spayed and helped all kinds of animals over the years. Two of my cats disappeared Saturday, April 26th while I was at work. Both were spayed and healthy. My heart breaks as my black and white “Lil Girl” was 15 years old and had been here since she was six weeks old. She was never very far from the back door. My dog, “Buddy”, and her were pals. The other kitty, “Mucky”, was about four years old and always met me when I got home from work.
Whomever took them, (I suspect someone in the neighborhood), most likely came in my yard to get them. Some folks seem to believe expensive material things are more important and valuable than living, breathing animals- pets no less. Animals have to depend on human beings to help them out on this ole earth. It’s a sad thing when you have to live by some who only want to destroy them. I pray God watches over my kitties and they don’t have to experience a slow, agonizing death. I am so very sad and heartbroken. Beware!!!
