Chickasha area Girl Scouts registration scheduled
Registration for Girl Scouts in the Chickasha area will be held, Thursday, September 6th at the Chickasha Public Library from 5:00pm – 8:00pm. Girl registration is open to all girls Kindergarten through High School Seniors. Not all Girl Scout activities are troop based. Through the new pathway program, girls have the opportunity to experience Girl Scouts in 6 different ways: troops, event programs, travel, series, camps and virtual programming. Adult volunteers are needed to help with the traditional troop pathway.
As we are in our 100th year 2012, we are committed to ensuring all girls have the tools they need to face life’s challenges and opportunities. Girl Scouting builds girls of courage confidence and character who make the world a better place.
