April 5

Maundy Thursday Communion

• Where: First Christian Church in Anadarko

• When: April 5, 6 p.m.

April 6

The Way of The Cross

• When: Good Friday, April 6, 6 p.m.

• Where: Verden United Methodist Church

Good Friday Noon Service

• When: April 6, 12-1 p.m.

• Where: Grand Assembly of God

• Details: The study time will take you through the last hours prior to Christ death.  Pictures from modern day Israel compared with the Biblical account will help to visualize the events leading up to the death and resurrection.  This is a come and go service according to lunch schedule and guest are invited to attend.

Good Friday service

• When: 6:30 p.m. on April 6

• Where: First Baptist Church - Amber

• Details: Service will be followed by a finger food reception. Feel free to pass on this invitation to anyone you feel would enjoy an evening of worship and remembering. We will have an expanded choir along with some musicians to help our music ministry lead us in worship. Join us as “We Remember Calvary” and renew our joy in the salvation found in Jesus’ sacrifice.

April 7

Easter Eggstravaganza

• When: April 7th from 11am - 1pm

• Where: Bible Baptist Church,  226 South 29th St.

• Cost: FREE

• Details: 5,000+ Easter Egg Hunt, Inflatables, Food, and “Journey To the Cross” interactive family experience that will take you back to Jesus’ time. This hands on experience will give you a first-hand glimpse into the reason we celebrate Easter.

Easter Extravaganza

• When: April 7, 10 a.m. - 12 noon

• Where: Grand Assembly of God

• Details: Over 9,000 eggs will be hidden. For children 0-12 years of age. Easter Egg Hunt with Carnival Games, Carnival Rides, Giant Blow Up Games, Hot Dogs, etc.

Easter Egg Hunt

• When: Saturday, April 7, 10 a.m. - 12 noon

• Where: Free Will Baptist Church, 2402 S. 16th

• Details: There will be candy and prizes.
