Published April 28, 2008 08:18 pm - Mr. and Mrs. Alan Alexander of Chickasha are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Candra Carley Alexander to Chad Eric Ryans, son of Kenny and Mary Harris of Chickasha and the late Dawayne Ryans.

Mr. and Mrs. Alan Alexander of Chickasha are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Candra Carley Alexander to Chad Eric Ryans, son of Kenny and Mary Harris of Chickasha and the late Dawayne Ryans.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jim and Maxine Dyer of Chickasha and Etta Kelley and the late Robert Kelley of Chickasha.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Wes and Vella Ryans and the late V. O. and Lorna Welchel.

Alexander is a 1999 graduate of Chickasha High School and attended Seminole State College, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in elementary education. She is currently working as a first grade teacher at Pioneer Elementary School.

Ryans is a 1997 graduate of Chickasha High School and is currently employed with Unit Drilling Company.

The couple will exchange vows at First Christian Church on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 6 p.m. After a honeymoon in Cozumel, Mexico, they will make their home in Chickasha.
