Dana Thomas, daughter of Lori Lefever and the late William Thomas and step-daughter of Glenn Philler, and Shaune McConnell, son of Charlotte and Glen McConnell are happy to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

Dana is the daughter of Lori Lefever and the late William Thomas and step-daughter of Glenn PhillerDana is a 2002 Verden High School and a 2004 and 2005 graduate of Vatterott College where she received her registered medical assistant and phlebotomy licenses. She is now attending Canadian Valley Tech Center in Chickasha working toward her certified nursing aide license. She is also the proud mother of Jerad Thomas Stephens.

Shaune attended Pioneer School and Chickasha High School and received his GED.  He is the father of Cheyenne and Skyla McConnell.

The couple will wed on Sept. 14, 2013 in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, from the Hwy. 277-81 junction, go three miles west on Hwy. 277. The ceremony will begin at 6 p.m.
