Please note the following schedule for publishing of Legal Publications in the Express-Star newspaper.

The Express-Star is published five days a week, Tuesday through Friday and a weekend edition. The following is the schedule for legal notice publication.

Run Day - Submission Deadline

Weekend - submit by 11 a.m. Thursday

Tuesday - submit by 2 p.m. on Friday

Wednesday - submit by 2 p.m. on Monday

Thursday - submit by 2 p.m. on Tuesday

Friday - submit by 2 p.m. on Wednesday




These timelines are put in place to enable time for legal publications to be proofed so that they will run correctly. The timeline also allows us to appropriate adequate space in the newspaper for the legal publication to run.

This schedule may be modified to accommodate holidays and days that the office may be closed due to unforeseen circumstances.



Publications can be hand delivered to the Express-Star newspaper at 302 N. 3rd, mailed to P.O. Drawer E, Chickasha, Oklahoma 73023, faxed to (405)224-7087, or emailed to chickashalegal@chickashanews.com.
