— Please note the following schedule for publishing of Legal Publications in the Express-Star Newspaper and the Tuttle Times.

All legal publications to be published in the Tuttle Times need to be in the office of the Express-Star by Friday at 2 p.m. to publish on the following Thursday. The Tuttle Times is published once a week on Thursday.

The Express-Star is published every day except Saturday. The following is the schedule for legal publication.

DAY YOU WANT PUBLICATION TO RUN:	DAY PUB NEEDS TO BE IN THE EXPRESS-STAR OFFICE:
SUNDAY	WEDNESDAY BY 2:00 PM
MONDAY	WEDNESDAY BY 2:00 PM
TUESDAY	FRIDAY BY 2:00 PM
WEDNESDAY	MONDAY BY 2:00 PM
THURSDAY	TUESDAY BY 2:00 PM
FRIDAY	WEDNESDAY BY 2:00 PM

These timelines are put in place to enable time for legal publications to be proofed so that they will run correctly. The timeline also allows us to appropriate adequate space in the newspaper for the legal publication to run.

This schedule may be modified to accommodate holidays and days that the office may be closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Publications can be hand delivered to the Express-Star newspaper at 302 N. 3rd, mailed to P.O. Drawer E, Chickasha, Oklahoma 73023, faxed to 405-224-7087, or emailed to chickashalegal@yahoo.com.
