A crash involving two vehicles resulted in three Tuttle residents being injured on Sunday afternoon.
Leslie Price, 68, was westbound on Fox Lane and Heath Stone, 46 was southbound on State Highway 4, 2.5 miles south of Tuttle. Price's vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign and his vehicle crashed into the driver's side of Stone's SUV, according to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Price was transported via Medi-Flight to OU Medical Center in critical condition with trunk internal, trunk external, arm, leg and head injuries. Stone was transported to OU Medical Center via Tuttle EMS. He was admitted in fair condition with head, arm and leg injuries. A passenger, Charlene Stone, 74, was transported by Tuttle EMS to OU Medical Center. She was admitted in fair condition with head, arm and leg injuries, the report said.
Bridge Creek Fire Department, Grady County EMS, Medi-Flight and Tuttle EMS all responded to the scene.
