• Details: We are hosting a fundraiser auction and BUNCO Social.  We will offer many wonderful items to bid on at the auction.  We will play BUNCO and then proceed with the auction.  There will be plenty of breakfast food, juices and hot coffee to enjoy.  The money raised will fund educational scholarships for young women who want to attend college and/or ladies returning to college to further their education.  You may purchase tickets for $5/each by calling Marleta Stephens, Chapter GZ President, at 224-4529, or Holly Burns at 919-9629.  Please bring a friend with you for a great time of fun, food, and fellowship and to support our educational scholarship program.  We look forward to seeing you on April 13th.

“The Gin Game”

• Details: This story uses a card game as a metaphor for life.  Weller Martin and Fonsia Dorsey meet in a seedy nursing home, which they both dislike, but soon discover they both enjoy gin rummy.  As they play, they reveal intimate details of their lives which become weapons used against each other.  Weller longs for a victory to counter a lifetime of defeats, but Fonsia wins every time.  He leaves a broken man, and Fonsia realizes her self-righteous rigidity has led to an embittered, lonely old age.  Tickets are $8.00 for all seats.  For more information, go to our website info@chickashatheatre.org, or call 405-574-6685.

No limits on hats, outfits or such just make sure the clothes are clean and free of any holes or stains. Sizes Newborn to 6/7. Items can be dropped off at the Bookstore on 3rd and Minnesota but please make sure you label your sacks/boxes and include your phone number.
