Monroe Dreadin of Chickasha and his wife Ruby (Combs) Dreadin, formerly of Bulan, Ky., will celebrate their 52nd wedding anniversary on Dec. 7, 2007.
The couple met when Monroe was in the U. S. Air Force, and married in Colombus, Ohio on Friday, Dec. 7, 1955. Monroe is a disabled veteran of the Korean War.
The couple has two children, Robert Warren Dreadin of Chickasha, and Debbie Ann Keel of Oklahoma City.
They have six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
They attend Northside Church of Christ.
